I only grow indoors. I prefer the controlled environment. Every summer I try one outdoors among my tomatoes. Usually ends up a flop for a variety of reasons. Short NE growing season, too much rain, wind.
Here's one of my fav strains. Wedding Cheesecake by 420 Fastbuds. But is it? Could it be a photo in disguise?
Notice the timeline on the photos. No explosive growth like you often see in autos. Plant was started indoors. 600w MH. Soil was a 50/50 mix of FFOF and coco. Placed outdoors on 6/14.
Since I placed it outdoors all it's done is stretch. If you look closely it just went into flower. I still have 2.5 months left in my growing season so we'll see.
First photo is 6/14, second is 6/20, third is today ( my birthday) 7/10.
