Just experience Every time I've used bloom nutes on a plant that's already started yellowing it just accelerates it... if your leaves are yellowing it don't mean your lacking P that's for sure

1K tw14 drying... she has already done all her bud shrinking waiting a bit more on the stems to dry - that's the big tga jar next to'em not the small one

The tw bud is the one squeezed next to the cup... that frosty bud hogging the limelight is chernojill

"some" nitrogen and enough nitrogen is not the same thing. its all about ratios.

Went and saw owl this morning. Gave him a bowl of that mix.

Got a ph meter to see if I'm getting more lock out from ph issues.

for sure but if he mixed up a tea with pure blend bloom some sugars and whatever else he wants to add it would get him through till the end where if he top dressed too late then his plants may not finish(fade)

Onwards and upwards just focusing on improving every run til I get to the promised land

Yeah most bloom have some N but the ratio of P is much higher... it's basically enough N usually if you do not have a lot of yellowing going on... if you do have yellowing, it's not generally going to be enough to slow it down at all. At best you end up with the same rate of yellowing, at worst it's faster yellowing... even grow formulas are no guarantee to stop it in its tracks just slow it down though i've never tried a really strong N formula in flower for obvious reasons

Today I've been working with the babies... I usually only fill the solo cups about 1/2 way when I plant the seeds so that the cup protects the young seedling when it sprouts... but doesn't leave much dirt today i'm popping'em out and inspecting the roots, putting fresh seedling formula dirt in and watering...

i'm finding my oldest look like shit because they're almost root bound and sucking out all the water... the youngest still look fantastic but are almost all dried out too... and i'll get to repot them all in a few days when the new pots arrive Those new pots (around 1g) are gonna be the new seedling pots going forward instead of solos

A kind and generous RIU grower who lives locally was kind enough to loan me a 400w for a couple of months he's not using so I don't have to buy a new one Thank you!

I've got PBP bloom and i've used it on these strains in the past in flower it won't get them through til the end... they will laugh at PBP

The plants I topdressed have already either mostly or at least half way faded so there is zero chance of them not finishing... also topdress super soil only provides nutes for 2-3 weeks tops. Worst case I have to run them one extra week to make sure the SS is completely used... they all look like they are going to need at least go to day 63 anyway it's 10 days to day 56 and none of'em look like they're gonna be done by day 56 at this point (although some people probably would take'm at that point)

I might have to take a couple early to make sure they have enough leaves left to reveg though (the ones I didn't get cuts to survive on that I want to make sure i can run again)

Actually there are a couple of aces that look like they COULD finish by day 56. We'll see.

Have you ever tested nitrites and nitrates of your supersoil? Owl was saying his organic soil mix is extremely low numbers much like the aquaponics runs on. Just curious what the nutrient levels read

Yup it just shows you how morally bankrupt the other side of the drug war are.. they are fine with vets and others being in tremendous pain if it means a few pillheads won't get their vicodin. But what can you expect for people that think it's fine to throw human beings away for loving a plant and no other crime.

Yea, unfortunately I can contest to the above article. I happen to be one of those neglected vets. The system is broke . Our current brave men and women don't get the proper help they need after war.even just one suicide a day is to much if you ask me. When if the government would only ynderstand, better prepare and treat these symptoms... I lost a friend the same way while active duty.. unfortunately while medical marijuana has been proven to help ptsd and tbi's, if your medical consist of going to the va hospital which for most vets thats what it means, they do test and are required to report you for using marijuana. Very sad but true.

It's only going to get worse. That's BS that they have to look for and report mj use.

I ended up in the Navy so never saw combat. With my mental condition as it is, I can't imagine actually being in the combat. Still ended up injured except neither navy or va will help me with medical.

We'll see on this one (#14) I'm gonna give it a couple of weeks before I start sampling it... mom was just ok though even though she looked great so I'm not expecting much. The #8 and #3 were the keepers... the #8 yielded more than the #14 which yielded more than the #3... but #8 and #3 had the really good smoke and the #3 is the apple jacks pheno with dense round nugs that some people prefer... but the #3 I think may have had a bit better buzz but I'm waiting til after this round to see which one came out better. The #8 had more spear shaped apollo buds with some of that apollo funk in it and yielded like crazy. A couple of the other timewrecks are looking so frosty though I may have to reveg them... though looks can be deceiving I had one pheno that looked maybe the frostiest of all but the buzz just was not there.

Just got done in the garden... picked a bunch of little bottom buds and cut off 5 sucker branches that weren't doing shit... guess who's gonna have some bcs samples in a few days... my fingers smell so good

Why not? I've heard of'em doing that and that sometimes you gotta really go after'em to make'm do what they're supposed to, but sure you're aware
