Isn't that cute Growbag, you decided to stock me because you got your little feelings hurt. Yeah dude, spent $800 on a light you expect one level of quality, buy cheap stuff you expect another.

So your the kind of person that likes to make comments about how I should take a $20 refund because it's just a dent, and greenhouse gases caused by shipping, and unless I'm into equipment porn the dent and damage shouldn't matter, then shit on someone else light and brag about yours. People like you just say stuff to start shit and insult people. Thanks for your input. Very helpful. Your the best, great light you have.
And you're the kind of person who buys cheap shit and cries about it. Boo fcking hoo. Start a thread to cry....oh wait, sorry.

Shit happens. I agree. But the way things work is through customer service. And you can’t get away with shipping broken shit when your implying otherwise. If you say your giving me a 159 dollar light not dented and ready to use. I expect that and nothing less. If it comes damaged or Essp not ready to use. I will be making a complaint and getting my money’s worth. That’s only fair.

I myself can't afford a $800 light. Wish I could. Glad others can. No matter what the cost nobody on here should be expected to except anything less than they pay for. What bothered me most was customer service. If they weren't going to help me right out of the box. What would they do 6 months down the road if something went wrong with the light. They did what was right in the end. It should have been their first response.

I wouldn't run that crap if you paid me. I have nice quality Timber lights.
you say "budget" lighting, right, so what do you recommend for someone growing 6-8 plants in a 4x4x6 that wants quality but not necessarily the tip top of the product? And what pricing do you consider budget? I don't like to buy anything in life that's bottom of the barrel, but I'm new to this and don't wanna a-get ripped off b-get more than I need. (what I was getting is still back ordered so I haven't officially paid for anything yet)

The light I have for that size is on sale now for $700 which is really good as it usually costs $800. I think "budget" is anything around $200. Plenty of people get god results with the budget lights as well. I personally think if you are going to use a light for 4 years or so buy the nicer ones. Your first run you'll get $2k+ worth of weed so I think it makes sense to buy the best you can afford.

You bought a light for under $200 what kind of customer service do you expect 6 months down the road? I'm sure if something failed because of a defect they would repair it, after you pay for shipping there and back and be without a light for months. That's the price for cheap.

Wtf world did you grow up in. I don’t care if it’s years down the road and for a damn dollar.

Customer service is number 1. Either you’ve never had a job or your a spoiled rich kid that knows no value of a dollar

Sure, in your world you can have goods repaired for free years down the road. I believe that 100%. Even LL Bean doesn't do that anymore because it was putting them out of business. Sorry, but if you can't stick to reality what's the point?

Not to mention the greenhouse gases caused from shipping. It comes with a 1 warranty I would expect them to fix it. I guess your just privileged and can afford to by the best. I didn't know I had to be rich or a hardened criminal to grow weed. Thanks for all your wisdom to a cheap law abiding cry ass like me. Many thanks and again God Bless You.

Ya, a lot of places had sweet warranties like that. OR (Outdoor Research), Sorel, and Otterbox are a few more.

Lame people took advantage and so they can't do it anymore.

You don't have to be a hardened criminal to grow weed, they just cry less when they have damaged goods.

I have bought so many things over the years with small defects, and I always ask myself; does it work and can I live with it. If yes I never bother to ship stuff back. Just rewired a fan when it stopped working a week or two after getting it. Sure I could have called amazon and had a new one here within 2 days.....but I spent 10 minutes to just rewire it. It's a shame all the stuff people return these days over basically aesthetic issues. People buy shit these days to try it and then return it. Crazy.
