Received less than decent service from Pick n' Mix

Well I had place an order with Pick n' Mix seeds a week or so ago. I got the seeds in great time, but there's more to quality customer service than postage time - such as product quality...

I had ordered 3 feminized seeds; one came in completely crushed and gutted, and the other one looked like any other totally non viable bagseed I've seen. One of the three seeds was in decent condition so I'll try germinating that one...

I'm just wondering, has anybody else here had problems with this place, too?

I'm waiting on a reply to my email from them to see what the deal is. I'm quite disappointed to say the least.

Alright so I got a prompt reply and they said they'd take care of it by resending me all 3 seeds, very nice of them.
I'm happy to say I'm very pleased with the customer care they provided me to resolve the issue.

Props to them. Good customer service appears to be limited in the "seed game". Glad you posted this. I wish they sent to the U.S.

i wouldnt let it sway you from them ive tried a few some i cant say cos this site wouldnt really approve
pick and mix have been the best. so i go to them all the time now.
only pickandmix for me.

Well, as I said they turned the situation around.
Also if you read my other posts about them, you'd see I'm a pretty loyal customer of theirs. I haven't gone anywhere else since the first time I tried them.

Save yourself a headache and go to www.meduser.ca. They are in canada and your in Canada. Good fit. He has top notch genetics and wont do you wrong. May I suggest any of his Bog beans or Motas beans. Cant go wrong. Great prices.
