Ready to harvest? (microscope pics)

A friend of mine told me to cut this plant down and hang it already so that i don't get headaches from it getting too over ripe, he was in a hurry so he had to leave and didn't have time to look under my microscope, but i think she's not ready yet... what are your thoughts? The strain is auto brooklyn sunrise btw.

OK, i planted this one the same day as Auto skunk #1, the skunk is ripe already so i harvested it, but this strain has a very thick bud size, so it looks very ripe but actually needs a few more days apparently :)

Definitely not done. You dont need a microscope to see. I just use a zoomed in pic off my phone and I can see when they are ready. I generally wait until atleast 25% are amber. That's just personal preference. If you want a more racy high you can pull em when you start seeing amber tricomes.
