Quick Light Question

I'm starting my first grow soon, and I'm wondering if this light will be okay for 3 auto plants. I know I read that HPS are better, but I'm in a smaller place to do this and am concerned about heat.

Im looking into LED also so i will be following this post. I like that first light posted. Ive been looking into different LED setups and that might be the best one i saw for watts and price

I thought so too ebcrew - I've been searching for months on how to grow and this cheaper LED feels right compared to the others I looked at, but I just want to be sure. I'm going to post this on the indoor growing board and will come back here and let you know what they said.
