I already know how to tell what sex they are but my question is. They have been outside for a month and half now and i still have no visible signs of sex yet. There about 12in high. How much longer will it take for me to find out? there about to hit the 5th set i think if i remember right

it usually takes 6 - 8 weeks to see preflowers during veg growth.. and sometimes you dont see them at all... the only way to truely know sex is by flowering them.. and then it usually takes 7 - 14 days to see them... you can cut, root, and force flower a cutting off of a plant to tell sex if you want... or some people will simulate a 12/12 cycle by wrapping a bag around a branch and removing it at the proper times... but as long as its in vegetative growth there is no way youll know sex more than likely...

The signs of sex come more from a lighting cycle, ya know 12hours of light 12 of dark. some do show under plenty of light so just give em time.

A plant will reach a point of maturity during the veg cycle and normally show signs of sex. It takes anywhere from 1-3 months depending on genitics.

Also; about the 6th or 7th node you will see your first sign of sex. You do not need to put a plant in 12/12 to find the sex. Although one must always make sure they do not hermie at anytime.
