Be careful with peroxide........... it can be harmful.... I wouldn't use it as a seed soak at all......I'm curious why you have the idea......

the seed soak method

it's simple buy a packet of any kind of seeds (I use tomato) put the whole packet in a cup of tepid (room temp) ph'd water, let set for 48 hours, strain the seeds out now put your seeds in it and leave for 24 hours, simply plant the seeds in medium (I use soil) 1/8 to 1/4 inch deep no light till they pop and keep em warm 80 to 85F should pop within 7 days (mine poped in 2) water em with the seed soak water

the why, ALL seeds have the same basic essential things to begin life and by using seed soak water you are giving your babies more of what they need and replacing what may have dried up in the old seeds

but is the HP a bad idea or not? ive heard you use either a low bleach solution or a low Hydrogen Peroxide solution to kill bacteria on the outter shell of the seed before planting. So whats the deal?

HP does kill bacteris if you suspect your seeds have it then not a bad idea at all, but I would not soak em for long
