why would you use a 6" fan that will remove about 750 square metres of air an hour, that would empty your tent of air roughly 12 times a minute. for christ sake your plants will freeze to death.
Either fan/filter combo would be good for you. The 4" combo would be sufficient for that size of an area, but it never hurts to go a little bigger. I always recommend getting a larger fan/filter with a speed controller. When you run a larger fan at a lower speed, it will run more quietly and efficiently than a smaller fan at max rpm. Plus, your filter will last longer.
enough to matter if sound is an issue, apartments etc.Thanks for the tip on the vortex. I checked them out and they look pretty good...But how much quieter are these than the growbrights?
