question about the attitude?

So I ordered some beans from the attitude night before last and I closed my browser without writing down my confirmation number down. Well, I waited a couple of days for the confirmation email but have not recieved it yet. Any advice on how to handle this? I didnt know if I should wait it out a bit or if I should contact them to make sure everything is cool? Any advice? Maybe someone who had a similar experience?

You should have received an email right after placing your order and then another one about the status of your order hours to a day or two later.

Are you sure you you didn't close your browser before confirming your order ? In that case your order wouldn't have went thru.

Did you use a credit card ? Then check and see if you were billed.

Do you have virus software ? Did their email go into the spam box ?

If you can't do any of that send them your name and address and have them check to see if an order was processed for that person.

I checked my account and I was billed today. I checked every part of my inbox and still no email. I will contact them and see what I can find.

I checked mine and got 3 emails from them, check your deleted box and make sure you didn't delete them by accident.

Also they come info@ is how their address starts.

Can you sort your emails by time recieved and go thru and see what came around the time you ordered ?

Check your account and make sure you didn't screw up on the email address you gave them for you.

Try to recover your password and make sure the email addressis correct.

Ok, so I went checking thru my acct to get some info so I could email them and noticed that the status of my payment to "Attitude Gifts" changed from "pending" to "posted". It says on thier site that they process orders during certain hours so I will give them till tomorrow to see if they let me know where I stand before I try to contact them.

sounds like it went thru to me, wierd you aren't getting any emails.

Yeah thats whats got me confused but Im 100% sure that the shipping address I entered was correct so even if by some screwed up chance I entered the wrong email address, they will still ship to the correct postal address. It just sucks not knowing till they show. Oh well...

The tracking is always four days behind so even it really doesn't matter, I'd say if you don't have them in the next 7 - 14 days to call and see what's up.

Cool, Ill update. Ive seen mixed reviews about them but the good outweighed the bad so I decided to order with them. Im really looking forward to getting my grow underway so its gonna seem like forever till they arrive. Lol!

You should be fine, a lot of people think the complaints lately are from competitors.

other than that there haven't been any complaints, except for people not getting their seeds becuase they used a fake name and the post office does something with them because they don't recognize the name.

Or someone uses a fake name at a friends house and someone else at the friends house doesn't recognize the name and throws it away and then attitude gets blamed for not sending them.

Sometimes people would get charged again for the same order a couple of months later.

Stuff like that is the only real complaints I've known about.

Other than that you should get your order.

I had them sent to my door in my name so that shouldnt be a problem. Im confident everything will turn out fine now. This is my first time to order so Im a bit paranoid about every little thing.

First Time, don't worry Attitudes is solid, and after pulling out your beans and opening them for the first time, you are going to have the biggest cheese on your face , after that you are hooked

yhea EL, you're good buddy/. did u get a t shirt and breeder packs or did u just get opened packs. have faith, attitude rocks and you will recieve in 2 weeks or so. they really are a great bean shop and i have never had a problem, you just got the newb jitters. you are ok

Plus we have to give him credit he is being calmer than most first timers. Most would be calling scammer and they stole the money already because of no email.
