Question about Regular Seeds Female Hermie

Hi all, I recently harvested and the plant hermied a bit near the end and produced some very fat, round seeds. The plant was grown from a regular, non-fem seed. Would the seed from the stress hermie be female? Also, would it be the same phenotype as the plant it came from or any of the phenotypes from the strain itself?

I did some searching and there's some people saying that the seeds will also be hermie and a couple people say it's like free seeds... anyone have any experience?
