Question about making butter from young female... :P (not meant to sound gross)

Hello all, I have a quick question. I have 3 plants that are in my grow room that are 3 weeks into flowering and 2 of them are 36" mainly indica and flowering GORGEOUSLY. The other one is 54" mostly sativa and flowering nicely but not as good.

My question is, has anyone ever harvested a plant early and made cannabutter out of it? The 54" plant is getting too tall for the room and I was considering using the whole thing for a batch of space cakes. Has this been done before and if so, how are the FX? The lower buds on this plant are just now showing first signs of orange hairs.

Thanks in advance!

the stone will last for a shorter period of time, i usually have one to two plants per cycle that get used in this manor

Thanks for the reply. If I dedicate the whole plant to a 9 x 13 pan of brownies would it still be intense even if the FX don't last as long?

depends on the stoners tolerence, just bend the tops that are close to the light and you can let them go a little longer, i have to do it some times so i dont burn my 14" colas with my hood, anyways if you bend and let them go longer they will be better for cooking and or smoking, sativas take longer and grow taller to mature, just bend it ove,r bet the others finish before the one sativa you talk of does, patience is the key to the game

Glad you talked me into bending the tops, because after I touched the plant and started to tie her down I realized how delicious and fruity she smells... I couldn't possibly cut her down yet. Thanks!
