Question about Grow Jornals

I would like to ask RIU about the advice fixed inna the "Grow Journals" section: " Dont coment any grow journal without bein' called "...(but I see other people coment without bein called without problem)?
I would not like to broke any rule here ( n' btw English isen't my native tongue, so please excuse my future errors).

If a person allows comments you may comment the proper etiquette would be to be nice it’s a place for people blog without arguments or unsolicited advice
