Question About Calmag

i have a hydro system and i am using distilled water( i buy from a place reverse osmo if that make a difference) and i read that calcium and magnesium are taken out of the distilled water, i noticed my plants yellow and brown at the tips so im thinking over vert. in any case should i reduce the amount of calmag i put in the water too?:?:

There is a big difference between Distilled water and R.O. Two different processes. Distilled water ppm is 0. R.O is usually between 10-70 ppm. R.O has all the chlorine/fluorine removed but does have a little Calcium/Magnesium in it. How many ml/g of calmag are you using? The amount you need depends on how much cal and mag is already present in your base nutrients.

******The brown/yellow leaf edges sounds like nutrient burn but that doesn't mean you're not over ferting with base nutrients instead of cal mag. What are your:

PPM/Ph
Water temp/air temp/humidity
Base nutrients, amount used and amount used of cal mag?

With that info we should be able to solve the problem.
