Generally either of the soil based products indicate they will support a plants first 2 to 3 weeks of growth with already present nutes.
But from what I know this goes for small plants in their early stages of life.
You have transplanted from light mix to all mix at some point, so there are definatly extra nutes in there, but the amounts and how long they will last differ greatly by the conditions of your plants and the stage of your grow.
Recently I added some extra soil (light mix) to top of my pots as the present soil sank a bit. I added about 1 or 2 L per pot, mid flower.
After this I added just water for roughly ten days, and the plant showed a slight nute burn, and eventually the plant started eating the leafs.
At this point in my grow (last couple weeks of flowering) its not uncommon for a plant to do that.
Anyway, the nutrients in the soil are generally not bloom based nutes, more for growth, so you have to keep that in mind.
If your plants are growing fast, and doing well, it might be an idea to just slightly add the nutes you want to add, but start slow.
It takes a couple of days when adding nutes before an abundance or deficiency gives visible symptons.
So just start slow, and slowly increase.
There is always a risc of overfeeding, the best preventive measure is to not rush it and keep an eye on the leafs.
As soon as you see negative effect, just use water for a couple feeds.
In your situation, I would add some nutes every other watering (just a little).
If after a few days the plants continue to do well, up the nutes slightly everytime you feed nutes but stay below the suggested values (3/4).
Good luck !!
