@KK26 To be fair to uk420 we've been given an led section recently. The ignorance is fading I feel. Its funny watching the same people that said led are shit starting to follow our led diaries. There's only so many times you can batter someone with knowledge before they realise you're not talking shit and led not only work but grow nicer weed more efficiently.

BWAHAHAHA!

He signs off in frustration that people with decades of experience and multiple degrees are unwilling to take his bro science seriously!

AWWWWWWWWW, did we hurt its wittle feelings?

Fucking grow up, quit acting like you know shit you don't, GET AN EDUCATION and by all means PLEASE quit contaminating perfectly good grow threads with your stupid bullshit!

You're done trying to teach US? Fuck off, you arrogant little twit!

His e27 bulb grows are a great guide to show what you can do with easily available, cheap light from box stores. With proper circulation the plants can touch the diffusers with no ill effects.

New growers should grow under e27s before they buy anything else.
What is e27

I wrote that in a fit of frustration some time ago. I'm glad it's serving as a cautionary tale in terms of being locked into one way of thinking to the exclusion of all else.

I have no fewer than four generations of LED lighting in my home, most of which have been thoroughly tested. I'm long since a believer in the tech, I'm onto the job of finding its killer app.

I know you know your stuff ttystikk I have seen your grows. I have all cheap leds. Mars 300 old one, viparspctra 400, 800 cob chip cheapy from eBay and a couple 180 ufos I bought used. I want one good led to equal like a 600 hps, but as budget as possible as for work is hard with my wife having 3 spinal surgeries back to back after each recovery I grow for her mostly I enjoy it also we are each allowed 12 plants here but I have one 6ft by 3ft closer and one tiny 2x2 for veg. For flowering what is the best set up for me. I grow soil but want to go dwc for speed but I'm nervous
I was also running SD from buildasoil, with not much luck quality is there but I'm lucky to get a zip from one plant at 3 to 4th tall

The key is to maximize your canopy. Fewer, bigger plants work almost as well as more smaller ones, the goal is to make a thick, lush canopy that is outgrowing the space as you finish. Run a perpetual and it will be easier to manage your space.

Without pics it can be tough to tell. LED can be good light, so it's down to growing technique or nutes?

Prayers to him, sorry to hear that wish yall servers were in Detroit area. Doing all kinds of work for a data guy lately. He's always fixing stuff that's crashing I feel lost without my RIU in the evening. I was on thcfarmer before i joined here sometime ago, that site is lame. Not much help there. I sure hope he's ok. Not for the site sake but for him and his family. I know what it's like my wife spends lots of time in the hospital going back March 2 fusion on her neck this time.

I'm kind of new to growing and wanted to know if 2 450w viparspectra leds would do good in a 4x2x5 grow tent? I'll have 2 plants in there but sometimes I like to add 4.. would these light produce some nice frosty dense buds?
