DO NOT USE PAYPAL TO BUY ANYTHING ILLEGAL!

Not only will they send your details to the feds, they will help to shut down whoever it is you're doing business with.

Yeah, because credit cards dont have any trail, what a joke.
You believe paypal shares your info with "the feds", prove it and I will believe you.

Doesn't have to be. Never sends seeds to the grow site. kinda a big rule.
You can't stop things from being sent to you. What you do with them is a different story.
