creatine is only good if u lift constantly.. You MUST drink a lot of water while using it. Its not needed. Eat protein, eat healthy, get sleep, cardio and muscular endurance and strength and ur fine.

Go at your own pace or get a trainer to fuck u up every day lol. Regardless if you make a plan and change your diet you'll gain weight, good weight.

all you need is bodybuilder.com

And as far as protein supplement, cytogainer all the way. Beleive, me, just about every body builder will agree that cyto gainer is one of the best out there. It tastes good, mixes easily, and contains the most protein.

Creatine just adds water mass to your muscle, it won't neccessarily make you stronger. It's more more for muscle size and weight, not strength. Once you stop taking the creatine, your muscles will lose all of that extra water weight. So it's pretty much just a temporary muscle enhancer.

Protein is what rebuilds your muscle after your muscle bonds break after exercise, running, etc. So if you want to put on some muscle mass and weight, have some protein directly after.

Here's my recipe for one glass of a protein shake with 35 grams of protein (plenty).

-8 oz skim non fat milk
-1 scoop (20 grams) Whey protein (this is the best kind of protein, anything other than whey is shit)
-1 tablespoon penutbutter
-a few ice cubes

This taste just like penute butter ice cream, it's pretty tasty in my opinion, but it smells like shit, but don't let that drive you away.

I just made a protein shake with those directions...pretty solid might i add

I could not disagree more with the criticisms of creatine. Yes you will add some water weight, and yes you have to work hard, but you'll make good gains and recover faster.

As far as brands go, don't get psyched out by the marketing geniuses selling this stuff. In the past I've used "Gold Standard" whey protein and "NO-Explode" for creatine. I'm sure there's better brands, but just for some anecdotal evidence, I made a 15 ibs gain using the above combination and the weight has stayed on even though I stopped using the products and stopped working out.

i have been taking the muscle-tec products, I love the way cel-tec tastes.

creatine, if taken properly, gives a much more effective lift. It burns your muscles out faster and you can lift more when you are on it, because of the direct availability of the sugars and carbohydrates, and the water that is in your muscles. (this is most efficient if on muscle-tec products)

i have put on 20lbs of muscle, i loose about 2-3 lbs when i get off cell-tec, but put on like 10-12 at a clip.

nirtotec- is a very low calorie protien and has a bunch of differnet things that help your body metobolize much more efficenty than a reguarl shake or even an egg.
celltec is the best creatine on the market. it provides insulin drivers to increase the productivity on your lift. (it makes me lift more)

however both of these things are incredably expensive.
