Proper use of Canna Rhizotonic. Have a few questions.

First, it says it 100% natural.

I'm doing a new organic grow using Sunshine Pro Potting Soil 40%/Chunky Perlite 40%/Vermiculite 10%/Worm Castings 10%. And a half cup of dolomite lime per 5 gal bucket.

Is this stuff organic?

Secondly, what is the best timeline to use this product? Being it's super expensive and from what I've been reading on other products like bio-buzz root stimulator, I should or need to only use this product at 1/4-1/2 strength the first half of veg after the plant is transplanted from my 16oz solo cup into the 5 gallon. Is this a good assumption?

I definitely do not want to use this in flower or through entire veg cycle, I just want to give my girls help with strong roots the moment I move them from seedling to veg.

Using Earth Juice line-up, I bubble my mix before feed for 24-36hours. Can I just add the Canna to my bucket and bubble with EJ or is it necessary to feed separately, or as a foilar feed? I planned to do my first EJ feed after transplant to 5 gallon, I only keep girls in solo cup from pre-germinated seed via paper towel method to 4" or so, so a good 10 days, I never go more than 2 weeks in solo cup. Should I wait to feed EJ and just do the Canna Rhizotonic in a mix after transplant, or should my first nute feed be a mix of both?

Any help is appreciated.

As stated in my fifth sentence, I want to give my plants strong root growth in the beginning of veg. So basically, stronger root development in the first half of veg so the plants have a healthier and stronger life than without this product.

at transplant use it at 15ml per gallon to soak all soil. Then at 2ml per gallon till week 6 of bloom. Its a true organic, not organic based like Roots organic. Look up OMRI listed. Its an organization in Europe that tests and proves an organic compound for growing or food use and the company making it is organic. Only water the center enough to moisten to force the roots to grow out in the new soil. Also transplant from cup to gallon then to 3 gallon then to 5 if you go that big. Try the whole BioCanna line for a true OMRI listed Organic.

Thanks for the reply. I will probably just use it from first and only transplant through entire veg and first 2-3 weeks of flower. I do not want to use another product for more than 2 months, just too expensive. As for going from cup, to 1 gal, to 3 gal then to 5. That's just too much transplanting for me and the plants. I go from 16oz solo cup straight to 5 gallon. I know roots don't stop growing until the plant is harvested but I think the use of Rhizotonic for strong roots isn't needed past the first few weeks of flower.

The main things to watch for is a huge upward pH swing, the weird odor, and the bling price tag. I used it with RO and it got up to 10 on my pen! I think canna recommends it as a foliar spray until a rootball is established. I always foliar spray at 6.1 pH. I ran the tiny sample and did not purchase any more.

IMO the best thing you can do is more transplants like cannasutra said. Each time the roots hit the container wall it stimulates them to branch and network better. More transplants and feeling just a tad confined produces more 3D as opposed to stringy type root masses. Its not that hard to do one more transplant. Keg cup, 2 gallon, 5 gallon transplant sequence will do more for your root health than any bottle of product.

Even if you are super pro at micro watering just your tiny keg cup rootball inside of your 5 gallon soil mass, the soil at the bottom will saturate and stay too wet possibly causing anaerobic conditions that may harm roots. If you must stick to your guns and skip the 2 gallon transplant using a fabric container with airflow underneath at the beginning will help a bunch. Since I've switched to fabric pots for 2, 5, and 10 gallon stages I have had to literally lift and drop the rootballs a few times to get my mix to start falling out of the great 3D root structure.

Oh yeah, of course boom those bennies with aact and good inoculants and the roots go nuts. 1 week from keg cup to fill the 2 gallon, 2-3 weeks to fill the 5 gallon, and into the ten for big veg and bloom.
