"Prop 19 written to take away medical growers rights"

wow you should defend all of your logic with "blows ron jeremy's floppy dong" whenever you get the chance. Get your law degree and defend everything with....Legal language blows ron jeremy's floppy dong. I see a bright future. Also minimum was for rec, i was talking about medicinal grows can still be as big as needed.
You, know I probably would... I have been known to take my debate finals with a hearty alcoholic imbibement. Regardless, you attack my personal description of the language.

"Quick, need a diversion...that's it! The same old BS every other 19 proponent gets locked into - DEFLECTION! Argue about semantics or something! Hurry before more points get made that I can't address!"

And no, medicinal grows under 19 will be limited. No where, has anyone (except you and other faceless proponents), including the out-in-the-open supporters claimed in one complete sentence that medical grows will be unaffected. Everything I see about the "medical exemptions" are purely in regards to possession/consumption/sales (which don't technically exist). Show me, in one sentence, that MMJ patient grows are exempt not only from space confinements, but also the onslaught of taxes. Please, show me. Convert me, shine your infinite wisdom upon my simple mind!

You are talking... just what exactly are you saying?

The final thing is my opinion vs yours, obviously vote how you want. From what i have read about the pro's and cons i find the pro's are more abundant. Medicinal marijuana will not be affected. Many articles and reviews of the prop have come to that conclusion via other laws that are currently in place to protect patients medicinal needs. Not just for marijuana but all currently accepted meds. Also it is a huge step for recreational users. No longer will you have to hide and pretend to have a medical problem to gain access to marijuana. No longer can you be denied employment because you use pot. No longer will you be jailed for use of marijuana, or even growing it within its legal confines. There are many more reasons to vote for this bill, as the yes voters all know what they are. I will say both the positive and negative have been mostly speculation but there is alot more speculation on the con side. I rather vote for something that I have fewer guesses on. For those who think there will be another prop that allows free use and cultivation of marijuana are just dreaming. This is a chance to legalize something that has been illegal for over 70 years. Vote yes, read the facts not the speculation.

If you want a more detailed description of why it would not affect it I can post that too, I just get tired of posting and posting the same stuff over and over.

the fact that prop 215 is already a law, shouldnt that protect the right to have 6 plants? i dont see how it couldnt, as long as you have your medical cards you have no fuckin problem, the 5x5 feet is just a bare minimum for people who dont care to get a card and have papers to grow and smoke. you can go out and get caregiver permition and grow even more, why the hell not.

and if youre worried about the restrictions and limitations i believe you have yet to read prop 19s amendment clause. basically allowing all the age limitations, option for county rejection, carrying limitations, and etc ARE STILL UP IN THE AIR. heres the clause for you all

"Section 5: Amendment

Pursuant to Article 2, section 10(c) of the California Constitution, this Act may be amended either by a subsequent measure submitted to a vote of the People at a statewide election; or by statute validly passed by the Legislature and signed by the Governor, but only to further the purposes of the Act. Such permitted amendments include but are not limited to:

(a) Amendments to the limitations in section 11300, which limitations are minimum thresholds and the Legislature may adopt less restrictive limitations.

(b) Statutes and authorize regulations to further the purposes of the Act to establish a statewide regulatory system for a commercial cannabis industry that addresses some or all of the items referenced in Sections 11301 and 11302.

(c) Laws to authorize the production of hemp or non-active cannabis for horticultural and industrial purposes."

and with that. the current restrictions and limitations/hefty crimes are only to trick the nonsmoker demographic into voting yes and making it more reasonable afterwords. you people seem to be forgetting how important those people are to making it legal.

Man thats part of my main point with this initiative. Most voters are none growers. Even none smokers.

oh and i like how on the first post it says
"bombshell revelation from a lawyer" when the guy clearly says in his first couple of lines "i want to make it perfectly clear that i am not a lawyer, i an aeronautical engineer" lol already decieved within a few seconds

yep, lots of people seem to be forgetting that. many of my friends too. the backing for this prop 19 is incredibly diverse and i cant see many problems with the amendment section in place

People always forget that there could be 20 different props in the next 20 years that give more rights such as cchh but NO one will vote for it who doesn't grow pot. Even recreation users would never vote for it. The idea that your neighbor could fill his entire backyard with weed does not appeal to the average voter.

Vertise,

Show me in the bill where MMJ patient/growers WILL NOT BE AFFECTED BY 19. Would you at least read my response to that letter put out by J. David Nick? Linked in my signature... I am sure that your arguments are contained within his, because EVERYONE is using this screed as gospel and I want to see someones responses to my counter arguments. Indulge me.

This 19 is to vague....they can rule how they feel leaving the interpitation of 19 to individual judges....

How about type in google a search of prop 19 affect on mmj patients you can decide for yourself. There are two arguments. I show you something you will deny it no matter what.

I am asking you to address my counter arguments made to that letter you exalt as the gospel according to 19. will you please read it? It's linked right there...really easy to find....then we can continue this either there, or here. your call I dont care.

Tell you the truth I am kinda getting sick of the back and forth. I feel like this has turned into trying to pursuade you to vote my way which I didnt want it to. You show me something ill just show you something that negates that. Then back and forth.
