Profit from Bulk Buying

Alright, so I feel slightly stupid for having to ask this question, but I've been thinking about it and just can't figure it out exactly.

I was wondering, how exactly can I earn profit from selling marijuana, after buying it in bulk?

For example, if I spend $160 on pot, how can I turn around and sell it for profit? If you divide that up into grams, $20 a gram, it equals $160 after 8 grams... no profit there.

Am I missing something, or what? I have never sold pot before, so please... take it easy on a noob like me haha.

you pay 160$ for 8 grams? That's not a good deal. And that's not bulk. You have to find someone willing to spend more on it than you, 20$ grams-tht's wishful thinking.

your route= the lazy way to make money...and being a middleman with margins that slim SUCKS. you'll do all the legwork, be exposed to the greatest risks and all for what? maybe $100 after you buy an oz and manage to sell 28 grams? LOL

Whatever you buy for $1, sell for $2. If nobody buys it, your overpriced or your quality sucks. Quantity doesnt really kick in till a QP on a retail side or 5-10 lbs on a real wholesale side............

Your best bet is getting "regs" if you got 160 bucks get a oz and a half for 150, bag it into .9 for 5 buks...youll get about 250, get two and a half...keep going...

you got ripppped. if i was tryna flip and all i had was 160 i'd be in the coke game. you'd make $450 if you did it right. THEN work into getting a qp so that you can actually turn a profit on the weed front. all you can do in your situation now is try to chop to .8 bag grams and sell to people that don't have scales.. I'd smoke it, personally. sell a couple of grams and buy some seeds.. that's how you make a profit.
seriously though, whoever hits you up to buy whatever you have is either going to stick a knife in your face and rob you or put handcuffs on you..
anyone else on this thread will agree that you're THAT guy.

that all was a bit harsh. sorry man haha. here's some better advice. start out buying buy the half oz or oz and only sell amongst your friends that smoke. this way you understand how to manage your business and you get a feel for the game (sorta) if you do it right, more people will continue asking for what you have. once you feel comfortable, and i mean pretty comfortable, and you have indeed been turning profits slowly but surely, move up the ranks and get your hands on a qp (quarter pound/four ounces). the price will vary from 400-900. buy some decent stuff for about 600. sell your grams if you want that kinda risk.. OR find a good hookup that does the legwork for you and sell by the ounce.
do your thang though.
have your fun, most of the people that i know that have tried to make a hustle like this usually struggle during the first stage and smoke themselves into a deficit. then they quit. make your try at it, just be safe.
