I was browsing the forum, reading a few threads, and in one of them, someone replied to a question saying he grows weed in 4"x6" pots. The pots I use are 10" dia. x 10" deep. Are my pots too big? 4x6 seem to be a little small, don't they? I could understand germinating seeds in a small peat pot, then transplanting later. I would'nt think the yield on them was small, because your restricting groth. I'm still new to this and starting my 2nd grow, and hope I'm doing the right thing.
Your pots are fine, nothing wrong with growing in large pots, or small pots. Large pots just allow you to water/feed more and not have to pay them much mind for a little bit longer. I like smaller pots because I check up on my plants every other days... So 1 gallon per plant works beautifully for me.
