Possible mold/mildew? Considering pulling

Hi Everyone,


I took a look over the sticky threads but couldnt find a definite answer, also have the Jorge Cervantes bible and it is leading me to believe that I should pull the plant.

I have pictures below, and I am pretty sure that I caused this problem due to bad circulation and leaving the overrun water in the tray for an extended time. Wasn't my doing but someone who was attempting to help out really didnt follow my instructions.

I have a total of 4 babies, 3 of which I know are feminized from a good source. The plant that is affected came from a good bag of street purps but it wouldn't really upset me to pull it as it will probably go herme anyways.

I also did have an issue with a very small case of nutrient toxicity which I corrected early on so some of the spots I am not sure if they were from the toxicity or if they are in fact mildew. They look a little more whitish than the yellow/brown I've seen with the toxicity. The plant also has started to show signs of wilting and other symptoms that lead me to believe this plant is infected with Downy mildew and not just a slight case of the powdery mildew on the foilage.

If in doubt spray with a 5ml/ gal 3% hydrogen peroxide solution and ventilate the hell outta em.

It is impossible to say what is going on with this bluish pics.
Look closely, if there is any hairy growing. 60x would be better
Also check the RH, it shouldnt be above 80

I appreciate all the feedback, I may be overparanoid but would hate to ignore it and have it get worse. Followed the above suggestion and gave it a very light spray.


The pics are blueish due to my LED grow lamp, its got a selective switch which focuses more on the blue spectrum for veg and the reds for bloom.

What do you mean by check the RH? Have already ordered a magnifying glass from amazon to get a better look.

RH - relative humidity
the only reason can mold grow,
Actually, if plant is bushy then humidity will rise up inside of the plant.
you should be very careful about ventilation if this is what it is

The humidity is around 35-42% min/max I've been trying to keep it above 40 but have a hard time with the equipment I have. I have a 6" inline duct booster fan blowing air right over the plants now, they all move slightly with the breeze and have a 4" HO pulling out through a carbon filter on top.

Any tips for maintaining the humidity?

Ive never seen such low RH in my grow room get a humidifier, they are kind of cheap.
By the way, it is impossible for any fungi to grow in that room. it is not mold
