Now, for Topshelf's Sensi Star......Very tightly budded, compact nug. Grinds up nicely, you can see he got a pretty nice cure with this product. The smoke was smooth, and kind of piney. The bud looks decent from afar, but when you get it under a light, it really has some nice trichs. Not super smelly, but opens up nicely with kind of a piney-lemony smell when broken or ground up.

Overall, the high seems uplifting, and comes on over a few minutes. Not a true knockout punch, but a great weed to do some yardwork or some outdoor activities.

I really appreciate every grower down there. I plan on getting back soon. I think it is pretty valuable to be able to get to try all of these strains, and the many others in the future. It truly is an educational experience, and will only get better with more membership and growers. Take care, and see you soon.

i got back from Cannabliss about an hour ago. I met Topshelf and his lady friend, both of whom were very nice and helpful. Topshelf explained all the strains he had available, and they were plentiful. Small jars with all kinds of strains...Indica, Sativa, mix. When I got home, I had a small bowl of his "Yummy"...one of his better strains. There wasn't an immediate punch...it was one of those creepers. I felt light pressure to the forehead, my head felt as though it was much lighter. Energy type of dro, but not overpowering. A great smoke to get things done or to have with you when your outdoors/shopping/relaxing etc.

The $2 donation for the doobs were solid and were nearly a gram a piece...I got five of them. Oh, I had to get the Rock Sativa...darker than the Yummy. It looks wicked and I'll try that over at my buddies house tomorrow. He's a cardholder too and prefers the Sativa on occasion.

Overall, it was a pleasant experience. I would like to see more specials like the Buddybags. Maybe a Sativa mix with a decent price break. The prices from both growers were similar. The grower donations to cover all the expenses/lighting/nutes/etc. was slightly less than Sophia. The selections and quality were WAY above the product at Sophia.

The parking around this area is tough as the commuters drive in and park in the neighborhood and then catch Tri-Met for their jobs downtown.

I'll be a regular for sure. Topshelf has a super clean production line, is organized and knowledgeable. He does need to roll more doobs, though. haha This will be a great resource for any patient who desires a hassle free chore of obtaining meds. Between my own grower and the fine people at Cannabliss, I will have some nausea free days in the future.

4.7/5 Sativa Doob rating. :)

edit: Just had a teeny half bowl of the mixed bag. Pulls great, smooth, no cough. This stuff is sneaky good. Guess I'll watch t.v. and not move for a bit.

Thank you Luther..Soory about running out of Js i will be rolling all day today..That good looking woman with me is my wife of 35 years...I am thinking of starting some kind of punch card and the more you come in,it will get you free things like MEDS...GLASS..??..I am open so let me know what you want and i will do what ever i can...This is all so new all the farmers talk all day about all the things we want to do,we are all very excited...I have been working 12 hour days and working in my room and the farm so its starting to take it toll.I am off Fri & Sat But one of the other farmers will have my line up so it will still be at the club, people are really starting to like my Sativa strains they havnt seen stuff like this in a while and they like that it doesnt stick you to the floor, but we have that also if thats what you are looking for.I love my new Job....PARKING SUCKS(Mon-Fri) But goodwill has large parking lots that you can park up to 2 hours, just give them a little some thing or shop in their store befor you go.DO NOT JUST PARK ANY PLACE the ticket guy is on us.Or better yet ride a bike or take the bus....

You were correct, Topshelf. You don't want to be smoking this anywhere near the time you want to go to bed.

I should have picked up Indica buds too...as I partake in the late evenings.

I'll swing back by in a week or two. Topshelf, she was your wife? I thought that was your daughter. :) When I got home I was looking for the free doobie she gave me. No luck...must have fell out of the pocket I was working out of. It was probably that piece of kief kandy that was the culprit.

Hello Forum:
I'm here to confirm, CANNIBLISS is the nicest place I've have been in since I obtained my OMMP. It's clean, They are set up and conduct themselves as professionals. I'm not sure who is in charge of the organization, but heres two thumbs up to you and your group. Keep up the good work and I'm sure you will have a house full.;-)

In my ganja circle of friends, the *donation* amounts really are comparable with the street going rate. I personally think the prices should be LOWER for the OMMP card holders. The basic object of the plan is to assist patients in the first place.

Sure, it is great to have the access to different strains, and to have it available when I need it, but there really is no reasonable monetary benefit to the patient. Fock, I already pay enough for the handful of pills that I gobble daily. Oh, I dunno...the wifey just doesn't want a small personal grow op in Rancho Luther.

[/rant]

I'll be back there though...hahaha

Prices, you are right on. I think the important thing is having a clean environment, and having the ability to hand choose your strain. For some patients, they need a variety of marijuana to handle their medication. One of my patients loves my stuff, but she wants to get more knowledgeable about how the strains help her. Now, she can try many strains, and if she likes one, we can grow it for her. Much better than a crap shoot.

Prices probably will not come down too much until we truly have open competition. Once we have more growers in an open market, you might see prices go down. Also, an economist would say prices will come down when supply is not cut short by demand. Fact is, that they have many price ranges, but to pay 35 dollars per 1/8 for high quality meds is FANTASTIC. If you are poor, you can tell them, and they will try to help. But you will not be getting the best meds for the cheapest price.

Remember, too, these guys are here to make back some of their expenses, AND they RENT the space for the day, so they just picked up another expense by renting the booth. Just make sure to support the growers that are doing right by you.....and everything will work itself out just fine.

Went to this place and it was very nice---HIGH TOPSHELF---I think the donations they ask where more then fair,i seen 1/8 of some really good bud(not shake) for $20(thats $160 a oz for good bud best price i have seen in years, for what he had))TOP had .9g Js for $2 that would kick your butt. You have to remember this is a true farmers market so the price is set by the open market,if these guys couldnt get what they where asking they will have to lower the price.SUPPLY AND DEMAND!..I got me some of that ROCKLOCK skip the coffee and smoke this when you get up,i have not seen stuff like this in many years!I will be back very soon.

Went down there again today, seemed to be busy. There were 4 growers today, and I was very pleased with all of them. I came home with some Chocolate Chunk and Chemdog, both very professionally packaged and labeled. Also got some Bubba Kush, also impressed he had a label. All of the smoke today was TRUE top shelf, and exactly what I would expect to see. A friend also came in, and got some Super Lemon Haze, and Sour Diesel. The SLH is very tasty and a great high, but I will give a true review some other time. Too much good smoke in front of me to concentrate on one!

Very impressed with what they are doing down there. More people need to check it out! I am very appreciative of every grower down there! Thank you for the tasters!

Went down there myself and I thought it was a great idea with open growers vending their bud. I hope it goes good. I will be there at least a few times.

Indeed there is potential!

A little overwhelming at first, it was. All those choices on the board had my head in a whirlwind. There were no freebies or obvious samples at the tables while I was there, but then again, I was a bit intimidated and didn't ask.

A (very)patient and knowledgable young lady at the RH table answered all my questions. I described my symptoms, then entrusted her to choose and she came up with a 3 selections; an energetic one for being able to focus & work, one hard hitter for aiding in sleep, and one that really helps with tremors.

Damn! She picked 3 winners!!! All two toke maximums for me, actually one is plenty ;-)

Really...I hope things are rolling smooth. I think I'll head down there Friday morning and see what kind of **Specials** they might be running. Anybody farming/providing the Cannabis Cup winner, "Tangerine Dream" ???

I'm hoping to catch topshelf or his lovely assistant/wife there for a grab bag special or something. haha
