it looks like it could have just grew that way then, i think i have seen similar on some of mine on the bottom leaves with only 3 tips, looks like the rest of the leaf is pretty healthy

i wouldnt worrie i have found that the first few leafs always have weird curls and disorders

yeah its yellow cause of the light... and you shouldnt need any for the first few weeks, expecialy in soil
