Poker Texas Holdem NL. Winning the Game

I only lost $200 on full tilt. I really feel for people who lost as much as you or more. We will never see it again. Lesson learned, never keep over a thousand or so online. If you win more than that withdraw immediately.

Umm ya.. new on scene? Tell that to FTP that owes me 22K they robbed me after US closed em down. Nothing life changing but it was mine while I grinded HU NL Sit'N'Gos for some serious change over the last few years.

I miss it the money, not the grind but the money was too good not to do it. I am in US and stopped all online since Black Friday. I do hit the chumps at casinos now when I can make it there.
Whatsup brother. I feel your pain and dare not mock it. I got started in poker a few years ago, after I had already moved away from the USA because I just became of age and I decided that marijuana is more important than living under a permanent police state. I now live in a decriminalized country, and also online poker is without limits here. Again, sorry for the shitty things that "advanced countries" make with trivial things like weed and online poker. Europe and the rest of the world is having a lot of fun ATM in the online scene

can anyone confirm that they have received a payout from bovada?

i used to play at bodog, but it was hell to get your money out. when u asked for a payout, from what i understand they wanted a photo copy of every single card you use to deposit money. and having used several disposable pre-paid credit gift cards to put money in, there was no way to get money out.

the good thing is i shared the account with my dad who used it to make sports bets.
and he shared it with someone else for sports bets.
so the way we would get the money out, is when the friend would lose the money, he would have to pay up with the cash, and we would keep the cash.
so our getting money out depended on someone else losing sports bets.

yeah, pretty lame.

any problems like that with bovada in your experiences?

that sucks bro. Why not try an ewallet next time? I live in southamerica, and here there are lots of technological banking inconveniences, like our debit visas don't make online transactions. So my only way to get my money out is through moneybookers (skrill). I already opened the account of skrill, going to use my bank to make a banktransfer to moneybookers, then use MB to fund and receive money from the poker guys. Easy money :)

been years since i played, but i got a 105.

i cut my teeth on $20 buy in, ~15 person games. won the second time i played and about 3 times out of the first 6 or 7 games. made a lot of money before our group disbanded. i would say i am still up $600 or so considering those games and others i've played.

playing online sucks.

I play NLHE both online and at the casino.. I want to make this into a career but I have poor BR management skills :/ I spend all my profit instead of saving it to build up my BR so that I can play higher stakes. Any advice on how to be a consistent winner?

any online gaming sites for us visitors that DONT require you to photocopy your driver's license or credit card info?
call me crazy but im not fond of the idea of sending off a photocopy of such info. who knows where that info could end up.

years ago some sites didnt require this information to withdraw or deposit.

any still exist today???

Its been a while since I played poker. Havent had the time. I used to play 20-35 hours a week. I miss it a lot though. I played on pokerstars and full tilt. Grinding my account up to 10,000 a couple times. 2+2.com is a good poker site. Nl200 was my game....
