how many plants should i grow in a space of 18" length, 8" width? I plan on using Sea of Green.

Two - three, maybe? doesn't seem like very much room but admittedly i don't do SoG.

That is not a lot of space....1 or 2 plants Tops.

1 or 2? i was thinking about 6 or 8, the height is about 3-4 feet.

idk- trial and error, admitedly there only bagseeds so it dusnt matter, the outcome is the outcome.

8 small plants in 4" square pots maybe

fit as many plants as you can in there and gradually throw them away as they grow and take up space, then that will let you know next time what is the max plant you can put in that spacing. Doh.

or do less and use a screen fill that up and utilize all the available space better. Of course this is if you are growing from clone.

true but he doesn't have much room and a screen will help increase yield and keep plant count down.

being that you have such small space, you can figure it out yourself you say 16 inch by 9 inch that means you can put 4 4x4cubes in a row by 2 or 2 by 4 in a row 4inch cubes so that's only 8 plants per 16"x9" tray that you say you have, pretty self explainatory.

b/c it was a complete guess, this is only my 2nd grow and my first setup only had 1 plant.

your right.....6 may be good for your space. I was not sure of the height. Sorry.
