PLEASE HELP NEED ADVICE- First Time Grow

Help Please! I'm a newbie grower. Have two autos, in soil, closet grow, and two small oscillating fans circulating air throughout the closet. NEED ADVICE.
Not sure if I'm being paranoid, because some of it looks like water stains but the white dots have me worried. Is this white powdery mildew? The plants are a little over 3 weeks old and are in the vegging phase, they are growing very quickly. They've also started showing their white hairs recently. Not sure what to do! Ive already purchased some Neem Oil in preparation but I dont know what to do!

bstar413, had the same problem and found out why. those water spots are created by foliage spraying your leaves with cold h20 or could be a myriad of other things.

NOT POWDERY MILDEW! wouldn't worry about it, but I would trim up the bottoms

I also agree with 670420Grower, I had this problem also and it happened to be from me spraying the leaves with room temp H2o. I stopped misting because I have been told by numerous people and numerous times not to spray leaves!
I hope yours is the same and is as simple as that.
