Please help identify bug

Hey everyone. I'm battling fungus gnats right now and I just watered my gorilla glue momma plant and like dozens of these little yellow mite looking things came out of the runoff water. If these are predatory mites or beneficial it's whatever but I'm just trying to make sure they're not bad. The plant itself is in amazing shape and has no signs of spider mites or any bugs on the leaves at all really. Pictured is the bowl my pot sat in and all the bugs huddled together and floated on each other. There are a few dead fungus gnats in the runoff as well but my concern is these mite looking things. When I squish them a small amount of reddish fluid comes out of them, they can't fly, and look nothing like early stages of fungus gnats

Get you some captain Jack's and some mosquito bits and make a tea with the mosquito bits and also put some in the soil. I would also get some sticky paper to put in your soil for the gnats. Worked for me

There are a few different species of root aphid they can vary in color based on species and diet. From the photo it seemed to look like them. Could be an early infestation. Or of course I could be completely wrong. It wouldn’t be the first or last time.

Yeah there's no real telling like that it's hard to tell but from everything you're saying it sounds like root aphids.

I guess time will tell! If they do happen to be root aphids you guys recommend beneficial nematodes? I'm running Bennie's so I'm not trying to wipe out populations here with insecticide

with what your saying, when you watered they came out the bottom which would lean more towards root aphids spider mites would be mostly on the top of your plant not coming from the dirt

Yes the soil was very dry and she was due for a watering and I soaked her with water and then I saw bugs fighting each other in the runoff puddle lol. No leaf dropping or discoloration at all.

I will try to harvest some more bugs and take a much better quality video once I get home I realize my pictures are kindof garbage

Video of checking the roots and pot.
Not a single bug on the whole plant today.
Just needs to be reported as you can see. She's 19 inches tall in a 7 inch pot lol
