Please helllllppp!!! Rep + just installed my clones n they are not looking so great?!

So I got my clones they were all nice n green n fluffy ... I installed them into the 4 inch cubes 4 days later they don't look so good .. The stems on many of my clones are turning red which means they are stressing out & the leafs feel rough n papery not soft n fluffy as before ...... But I don't get it my temps are 78-85 my lights are high good circulation of air , phd properly nutreints at 600 ppm ... The only thing I could see being an issue is humidity it was at 20% n now I bumped it up at to 40% ... what also u guys think????? Is it the humidity or something else or am I expecting to much from my plants 4 days after the been installed, it's just that they don't look strong n vigouros

How do you mean installed? Were these rooted clones that you've just put into a grow or are they clones you've done yourself that are yet to root?

the humidity needs to be really high for clones.

Like Charmwah said, are these rooted clones or freshly clipped cuttings? If the latter there may be a blockage which is not allowing the cuttings to take up water. This can be to them being cut above water which can create and oxygen ball around the base of the cutting.
If they are still to root then take them back out of the cubes, recut at a 45 degree angle (under water) and then leave sitting in a shot glass for an hour, then put them back in the cubes.

If they were already rooted, you need to check the cubes, increase humidity, foliar spray (underneath the leaves a couple of time a day.) Pics would also help.

Yea, im thinking your nutes could be the issue man. 600ppm is alot of a baby clone to take in.

Flush them out immediately, they really dont need any nutrients at this point. After that, put something over them to help keep humidity up.

Don't sweat it too much if it's been 4 days. My last batch (and only hehe) all were pratically laying down on their cubes for 3-4 days, but all of them survived and after 18 days they're looking like month old plants.

I agree, keep them wet but not saturated and no nutes until they have a stronger root system. For me, that's when I see a few tips sticking out of a 3" Rockwool cube.

You need your humidity past 50%.. and the temps should be around 75 degrees F.

I think your clones are drying out from LOW humidity.

Not always true.. I run 1300 ppm for my clones(lucas method) and they are simply beautiful.

Dont wanna starve a clone.. then they turn all yellow, almost dead looking.

Give em a lil food.. 600 ppm isnt that much if you ask me.

But, i understand that some clones wont take the nutes I give my girls.. Bottom line.. a lil food is always a good idea.. Would you starve your baby?

impressive roots, closet. how long have those things been in there?

stems should be green when you take your cuttings,not purple.purple stems means nitrogen,nitrogen is not good for clones.humidity needs to be 90-100%.temps 75 degrees.18-24 hours of light per day.NO NUTES yet!!!

Sorry for the misconfusion ... They were rooted clones from 1 inch grodan placed into 4 inch grodan cubes

I've droped my temps down to 80 daytime night time is about 69

I gave them the 600 ppm feeding when I was transplanting the rooted clones Into the 4 inch cubes ... I've always done it this way without any problems this is the first time all the new leafs that are compng out of the plant are spirally n paper dry n the stems ate turning.... I've started to spray them when the lights are off ohh yea I do 18/6 I'm going to spray the today with b52 got my fingers crossed that they respond nicely ... Ohhh yea n yes I did drop my muted to 200 ppm

Thanks man I hope it's this ... I've dropped my temps n increased humidity ... How long should It take before I see if this is the answer or not like in a day or so will they start to be fluffy n green again??

Are you growing on soil or hydro? If its soil then whats with the move from 1 inch to 4 inch? Why not put them straight into their final home once they've rooted?
