Anonymouse...after reading a few threads about ebb and flow you has posted in it sounds like you are very knowledgeable about the system. Mind if I pick your brain about a few things I really don't understand about ebb and flow? I will be setting up my first indoor garden here in the next few weeks and KISS is the best way for me to go. Not really sure how you reply to me or vise versa but???

so how do u flush??

im thinking of taking them in the shower with me.DO U let the water soak through and gently release the plant after having a nice rinse or what.IM A NOOB AT THIS
