looks like a water burn. leaves laying on top of one another produce water, water on the leaves helps the light burn them. remove the yellow/damaged leaves, and increase air flow.

Not nute burn, or lack thereof. That shit usually starts from bottom to top. Cut off the dead foliage, and keep a close eye. Any pests lingering @? On the bottom side of the leaves? Also look in your medium for little pests that will scramble on the surface when watered.

What kind of soil are you using?

What is the mixture?

What kind of nutrients are you using?

What strength?

How often do you water?

What are you using for lighting? I know you said "Started flowering under CFL's" Are they now under something bigger? How many CFL's?

How far away are the lights?

What is the PH of your runoff water?

While your plant looks pretty good overall, the leaves are getting a little twist to them as well as your other obvious problems. It looks like your PH is too low in the runoff of your soil.

Are you using Superthrive? The reason I ask is because the damage to your plant looks like the damage that is caused by adding too much ST, just a thought.
