Im an established outdoor guerrilla grower as well as an established member of this site before I had to change my handle...

Floridia Girl I anm a land owner and I understand some of what you are saying.
As well as a grower I understand the point of planting on another's property. Plain and simple the police have to have room to show that the plants are belonging to the person who Owns the property. Not that they Dont belong to the property owner...
Without some cause to say that the property owner planted them, and was taking care of them, then there is NO case against them. If it appears that the patch was planted and has been unattended to since then, is the ONLY way they will pop the property owner without further evidence.
I know this because Ive looked into it, my wifes name is on our house deed, Not both of ours.

If they come in and find my plants in the shed, they wont be charging her with manufacturing, it will be me and solely me because I am clearly the one tending to it.
She could however be charged with maintaining a dwelling used for a growhouse. Which isnt a big charge here @ all, just a big fine.

But this dude should have had more respect for a hard working farmer who is trying to provide am means of survival for his self and not planted pot on it.
If your gonna guerilla grow you should have done it ina sunny patch of woods where no one will go. Not next to a field that you obviouslly didnt scope out well enough.
And furthermore, did you not know that farmers FARM? That includes tending to the land bro....

Good points here on both sides, but as far as the defensive tones of some people...can't we all just get along? Go grab a joint, bowl, one hitter, blunt, vaporizer, bong or whatever you do and come with constructive tones instead of emotional.

hey guys, looked into is some more, its hay but they don't even harvest the hay, they just chop it down every three years to keeep from having trees in their field. The mowers can chop down 2-3" trees no problem, so thats why they did it every three years. sucks ha, why couldnt it of been next year, lol
