Plants dying n need help!!

i recently moved my sour d plant from indoor to outdoor and it did fine the first couple of day.but after the 3rd day the leaves started turning brown and falling off.this is my first time growing and i cant figure out whats wrong.the plant is in regular potting soil and i feed it botanicare pureblend nutes.the plant is about 4 or 5 months old.any advice helps.thanks.

Mulch. Also water it well and no nutes for at least 2 weeks.
