HELP! I can't diagnose my plant problems.

I am growing Haze XL Autoflower in Happy Frog soil and also using general hydroponics flora series nutes. My plant has done great until literally a week ago, I noticed some small brown spots on one or 2 of the lower leaves so I thought maybe it was time to start nutes. I'll add a few details first tho... She was put in her final 7 gallon fabric pot immediately after germination on May 3rd. At first I was growing outdoors as I live in the south with plenty of sunshine and we've had weeks with no rain. However, I ended up moving her indoors on May 10th into my grow tent bc she just kept getting more & more leggy. I still don't understand why she stretched so much considering she had 8 hours or more of full sun everyday. The stretching was causing problems so moving her indoors really seemed to help. So after noticing the few brown spots, I gave the first feeding on May 12th, which I started very low, so 1/4 tsp cal mag 1st, then 1/4 tsp of each of the flora nutes in the correct order. I mixed all the nutes with a gal of distilled water. I made sure to shake it up in-between each nutrient. Then I ph'd the nute solution at 6.6 since I'm using soil. I was surprised at how quickly the plant responded to the nutes. Growth really took off at that point but I still kept noticing a few brown spots popping up on lower leaves but it was happening at a slow rate so there was not very many spots at that point. Fast Forward to May 18th (yesterday) when I checked on my plant as I do pretty much daily and I was horrified to see the brown spots had literally transformed into something much worse! Even now this problem is progressing so quickly that I suspected some kind of bug but I looked with a magnifying glass at the entire plant, even the under part of the leaves and it is bug free. To me there are so many nutrient problems that have similar symptoms but none that I have ever seen progress this quickly, so I'm super confused on what the problem is, but it makes me wonder if the air circulation in the tent was too much. I'm NOT a first time grower but this IS my first Autoflower. Do autos require a different temp/humidity? I'm just about in full panic mode trying to stop the progression of this issue. When I noticed how bad she had gotten yesterday I took her out of the tent and have left her in sort of low light since then. I'm adding some pics. I took the first two last night and the rest of the pics I took just now. FYI, you'll notice companion plants in the pot with her. I started using companion plants with my last photoperiod grow & had great success in keeping away pests & most importantly disguising the smell as I live in probably the one state that will try to put a person UNDER the jail, (in other words for a very long time) if they are caught with more than an ounce of weed. It's just Dill, peppermint, and basil. I probably put way too many details in this post but this is my baby and I am desperate for help. So I appreciate any and all advice.
