.....

Dude you need to do some research, no offense.

Marijuana is not like an apple tree that keeps growing fruit that you can pick off.

Then again, I am sure a bud can sprout, but it won't mature. A pot plant only lives so long. After you harvest the plant is done and you have to plant another seed. You can also get clones from the plant while it is alive and veg them to keep that strain.

You can flower a plant and then chop off the buds and then place it back into 18 hour light cycle. It will take a couple of months for it to reveg and the leaves will start doing some crazy things like putting off 12 fingers on a leaf and curl up into little balls. Transplant it and cut off all of the bud sites and cut off most of the distorted leaves. It can work but the only reason I've ever done it is because I realized I didn't save a mother of a strain I really liked.

Doesn't seem really worth the effort. Did the clippings have all fucked up leaves also?

You can Reveg...

To the OP:
I would not grow in a little cup. Besides getting root bound you will need to water every day probably more once it grows. You are also limiting yourself.

Some of the biggest buds I have seen on here (besides being outdoors) have been in 10 gallon pots. Personally 3 gallons is enough for what I do.

And agreed. Do some reading. A whole lot of reading actually.
