Plant problems! W/ Pictures-Help!

My plants are about 2.5 weeks old and have slowed in growth, are wilting, and have yellowed severely(pictures below). I have been fertilizing with Miracle Gro 18-18-20 but the problem persists...I think it's nitrogen def. but I dunno. If anyone has any clue what could be the problem I would greatly appreciate any feedback. Thanks guys!:leaf:

you cant really expect an answer with the info you provided.

What light do you have, how close is it?
Soil?
Nutes?
Strain?
Watering Schedule?

Looks like hella over-watering to me. Possibly ph or nute problem.

Dude why would you risk a shitty crop when you could just spend like 60 more bux and get some good soil and good nutes? Boggles my mind why people dont spend a LITTLE bit more to get nice stuff that works great.

You should be feeding that plant NOTHING until 3 weeks. Some say 2 but I do 3. And if you do you need to do 1/4th strength that the bottle says and work you're way up.

Honestly you should start over, you will have alot of problems from now on just because of the stress that plant is under. Plus ur only 2.5 weeks in not a big loss.

to much water , and your nutes are fucking strong and that plant is piss weak , dont give any nutes AT ALL for 2-3 more weeks and your plant will turn around . water only every 2-3 days.

Alright, Alright, a little harsh but I appreciate the advice nevertheless. I don't wanna start over because this is kind of like my trial run- it's my first grow. But the ph is good like at 6.7, watering every 3 days and i have a 250w HPS 14inches away from the plants & a 24" fluorescent about 2 inches away from the plants. I don't know the strain b/c like I said this is kind of a trial run but either way do you think you any viable advice???

water every 3 days? Ya bro 100% over-watered. Look I water my seedlings/young plants like 1-2 times a week 2 MAX.

I have super lemon haze at about 2.5 weeks and I only have to water them like 1-2 times per week. The roots are not stretched enough usually to take up alot of water.

Only thing you can do is feed no water/nutes for like a week or 2. Let that soil dry COMPLETLEY out.

as far as nutes I wouldnt use any until that plant looked perfect again.

ps: wasnt trying to be rude I just dont understand why people even buy miraclegrow stuff. You are shooting yourself in your own foot... because 100% sure you WILL have some kind of problems. I spend 24.99$ and get a huge bag of FoxFarm ocean forrest, as for nutes for like 40$ you can get the FoxFarm Trio pack. And with ff soil, you dont need any nutes for like 3-4 weeks.

pps: I noticed that young plants LOVE to be misted. Ill mist like once every other day or so.

Freaking thank you! Yeah as much as I hate to admit i'm so freakin new at this so it goes to show how much hands-on learning you have to do. You're the first on here to give me some good, straight foward advice so thanks a lot dude. Peace & Love. :leaf:

Im on my FIRST grow.. well technically. And ive researched SO much so I know alot. But shit I have made mistakes... but the one thing you DONT want to make a mistake on is somthing simple like over-watering or using bad nutes/soil.

Over-watering is probably the #1 killer of new growers. You will get the hang of it.. you will be able to tell when it needs water just by picking the pot up. Its light instead of heavy.

My strawberry cough's are at week 6 flowering, I usuaally water 2 times a week 1 of those 2 times with my feeding stuff.. mollasess, nutes ect...

btw.. start using mollasses now. The entire grow, your buds will taste super sweet. Grandmas mollases at walmart 3 bux. 1 tablespoon per gallon EVERY watering until you chop.

ps: I would SERIOUSLY suggest investing 40$ into the FoxFarm nutrient Trio. Growbig, Bigbloom, & Tigerbloom. probably will get a 45% increase in yield by doing so over the miracle grow nutes.

and honestly if that plant picks back up id transplant into a new gallon with FF ocean forrest soil. Expensive but worth it.

Hahah molasses?! I haven't heard that one but....sounds good lol. Yeah well you must have done A LOT more research than I so nice work. How long did you keep your plants in the veg state btw?

Yeah I've heard good things about both Fox Farm and Black Gold soil but I will for real buy those products you recommended--ya know whatever helps...so i wanted to see if you could perhaps answer me two more questions then I will leave you alone lol Okay, did you add anything to your soil, such as perlite, or did you just use it as it was..? Also, is transplanting relatively simple..?--I would guess that it's pretty straight foward but then again I am just a novice...hahaha

FF ocean forrest comes with like HELLA perlite. Its all pre-mixed thats why u shud buy it.. cuz urs looks like it has none.

transplanting- I was scared as fuck to transplant, but ya its pretty easy. Just take a butter knife around the sides of the plant turn upside down and slide it out..

ps: mollasses does wonders. google it its a MUST if your growing weed. will help alot. 1 tablespoon per gallon.

Ok what I see is stunted growth wich can be caused by overferting or if you have damaged the roots. Did u transplant this or yank it out of the ground at anytime ?? How much do u water it ??

No, dont take a butter knife u can damage the roots. . Just drench soil , wait a couple a minutes and turn upside down and tap the outside of container, gravity will do the rest. Sorry anberlin you can do it that way but Im pretty paranoid heee. Hey is that your pic cause if it is u r a cutie heee.

so have u relized what the problem is ? i dont know if its over watering it depends on what size pot it is , i water mine every 3 days and thats when the plant tells me to by hanging limp. i could see how much nutes did u give your plant ?

I probably gave them too much cause I didnt really wait for the plant to grow very big before i began giving them nutes once a week at full strength. So yeah i already flushed the soil and i'm gonna let the soil dry out a bit, wait for the plants to recover then start fertilizering at half strength; and actually since those pics have been taken the plants have improved greatly in color, and growth rate. So i hope i'm on the right track.
