Plant Has Stopped Growing

Hello Everyone, planted this from seed. Started in a cup, transplanted into a 3 gallon bucket after about a week and a half.Fox Farm Ocean Forest, and Fox farm Nutrients. Started it on a quarter of the nutes it said to use after transplanting it, currently on half nutes and its 3 and a half weeks in. Ph is right around 6.5. Temp is always between 65-85. I'm using 2, 65 watt cfl 65k and 4, 23 watt cfl 65k. The lights are about 5 inches from the top of the plant. Grow box is 2x3x5. I started to lst it 5 days ago. Not sure why it has stopped growing? Any ideas? Also the stem hasn't been thickening up by now like I thought it would.

You will want to get those lights as close as possible without burning them with the heat of the bulbs.(usually within a couple of inches) That would be my 1st thing to try as you are using low quality lighting.

Slanty is right on everything but the quality of the lighting. CFLs are fine especially for veg. Just get them much closer. Just use the 2 65 watts now until it gets a bit bigger. That should be more than enough light for now. Get them within 1 inch from the top of the plant and keep them there. The problem with cfls is the PAR falloff is really drastic. They throw a comparable amount of light as HID of the same wattage but the PAR ( or Photosynthetically active radiation) reach is much much shorter. The upside is they dont give off a lot of heat and wont really burn a plant unless its touching the light for an extended period of time. A small leaf burn is worth putting them as close as possible.

Well you transplanted, so that means the plant is root focused...as soon as the roots stretch out a little the leaves and branches will follow. In the beginning one or the other is always playing catch up simply because it is the amount up top that tells the roots when to grow and in turn the roots tell the leaves when to grow more...so just keep doing what you are doing. The plant looks super healthy so just wait it out a little longer.

I wouldn't give them any nuts until 4 to 5 week into veg with FFOF that shit is hot, 85 is a little hot try to keep her under 80, it could be the beginning heat and nut burn...I would flush with ph water let soil dry a little more so that the roots will start to grow cause they are searching for water, I don't feed my plant any nut until they are 5 to 6 weeks old.

Judge the lights by how close you can tolerate the back of your hand or wrist to the light for 5 minutes. If you dont have one already a rotating fan Really helps you get those lights super close. Leaf burn is not acceptable when ur in flower it will make ur bud taste burn and full of butane. So im going to say i dont agree most leaf burn is unacceptable

As far as feeding you look great dont do a flush. However dont add anymore nutrients until your plants yellow in some way just feed with water. Im sure they will bounce back super quick imo they seem a little dark so it could be over feeding.

The best possible solution would mix up an extremely light 1/8 strength batch and foliar feed if you see any yellow happen and go 3 weeks just using water ph.d water. Also make sure your soil is dry before you water again. You can tell just pick up the pot when its full of water and then go a long while and pick it up when its bone dry. Massive weight difference. See how your plants respond best. I find they usually love being mostly dry

Ok, I moved the lights closer so now they are almost touching the top of the plant. The soil does dry out kind of quickly I think due to the low humidity in the room unfortunately (around 30%) I've been watering it about once a week in the 3 gallon pot. I have a moisture reader and I also stick my finger in the soil to make sure its dry before watering. I've been misting the plant to counter the low humidity so it doesn't dry out. Thanks for the advise so far guys!
