Growing my first plant, nothing special just a test run to learn a bit b4 I move onto some good seeds. Its a few weeks into growth and I started it outside not sure it would grow even. Since it made it to a few inches I decided to move it inside and give it a trial run before putting the room to use for some good seed.

Anyways I've searched the forum but haven't found anything about "Grow lights". Do they help at all? I have a 75 watt flourescent & 100 watt flood grow lights.

in addition to 105 watt full spectrum cfl

105 Watt Compact Fluorescent 5000K Full Spectrum CFL

From what I've read I'll need to add a red spectrum soon but what do these grow lights fall under. I don't see any specs on them related to spectrum and output?

Thanks

ur fl would be best grow with ,grow flood lights arnt tht great
if u had like 3 plants with 2 x75w flourecents youd get decent results and then get a bulb for flowering if you can if not you can continue to flower with flourecents but i would use compact fl,s cuase of thier color spectrum.
