Pistils turning red too early!! 2wk's Flower

OP: For what it's worth - I've had plants whose pistils have outright died (IE brown and shriveled) long before proper harvest time. Grown out to trichome maturity, they were still great produce.
Did you harvest those areas early or did you just wait until everthing was finished?

I forgot to mention that this individual plant hase grown almost 2 feet since the first of the month when I started flower and that I did remove some big fan leaves that were blocking the bud areas. They were huge and had to go.
You should never cut off healthy fan leaves. They are not blocking light to the buds they are supplying energy for them. The plant will discard any leaves that it does not need all by itself.
Thats a healthy plant man dont worry about a few colored hairs. You're in good shape.

Yeah I should have never took those off, it was a bad idea and I learned my lesson. I think that they are going to just keep getting taller. I just checked them and they are really getting tall. I am amazed at how much they have grown the last 2 weeks. I will never remove any leaves again unless they are in the soil.

i was gonnna state that but i thought everyone new that ....
its okay again u live and learn .....

it funny how identical your plants look to my first grow....
they were so beautiful.... untill the bugs.....

now i just finished my third grow....
and even tho i thought i made ever mistake in the book ....
i put some undried buds.... that were supper dank in a jar too quick...(dried three days only). and ruined a half ounce of my first cut of my harvest....wont make thst mistake again.
luckily i have 4 other ounces ...
that i still have dryin
