my latest diy 200 watts general flowering\veg light.
vero 18s + cree photo red + cree royal blue running on a single HLG-185H-c1050A running just under driver max. dual fans use less than a couple of watts. so far max temps I have seen at the back of the heatsink is around 90F ish after running for an hour, in ambient temp of 77F. Seems to be same temp as the hlg driver.

HEATSINKUSA 4.85" X 39" (designed to fit in 1 meter).
fan drivers are recycled from Chinese junk lights. figured I could get away with them since I have dual fans.

All I know is I'm sitting here smoking SSH watching Ed Sheeran on Palladia. Cost for a z? Maybe $20?. I feel like I'm back in the 60's. Except the weed is better. Love Ed Sheeran. Used to be the Beatles. Thanks to RIU and cobs.
peace

I actually don't have it right now it's on its way to be tested by a local friend. Then off to growershouse. They are going to do a write up on it. Yes this is an hid case but the final case is being produceded locally. The final build will be using cpu coolers. The are very few fastners. Heat sinks are welded.

Final houseing will be one piece on the bottom. Sides on duct ends will be 90° instead of 45° to be more fan friendly.
