Can you tell us the brand and model of the driver?Yeah, I got the Lumatek 465w Pro a few months back for my 4x4 Premium Gorilla grow tent, it's the best light I have ever used, I got the 5m extension cable so I have no issues with the Driver

Hyphotonflux has extension cords so you can locate the Meanwell driver outside the tent.

That's a couple of the reasons I chose to buy the Hyphotonflux, it was almost 1/2 the price, offered Samsung diodes vs Lumiled and no mention of their driver I could easily find.
Well it's arrived so I'll know what I think soon

I'll let you know what I think of the xt1000 co2 proofed on its way to me to run. I have a spot in my r&d room should arrive next week.I've been looking around considering my first LED (yes I've done this before and have always waited).

Of course money is an object, especially since I don't sell. But it's not the only object if it were not an object at all I'd buy 2 of theses: https://photontek-lighting.com/led/xt-1000w-co2-led/ and dim it almost to extinction LOL but I'd have direct replaceability with 2 of those
Anyway please speak up and feel free to suggest other lights I'm not currently dithering about. I keep thinking about @Lordhooha 's extremely attractive light choice (that isn't available to mere humans ha ha) I'm also cool with waiting. I have a good HID system and my environment, fwiw, does ok.

I'm using the photontek and have the controller. It gives me a gradual lights on/off option and a high temp setting. Once temps hit the setting PWM kicks in and dims the lights until it hit set temps... or if there is a runaway heat situation you can set an temp to shut lights off completely. Features I didn't think I'd need but found out I wanted.
I unboxed it and put it at the top of the tent at 50% I'll see what they think tomorrow. They flopped and fell all over LOL so right now they are tweaked. The light felt a little light but over all I'm pleased but we'll see over the next week. Thank you for asking.

It looks nice had my hands on the x600 before and it was nice. The xt1000 will definitely be a contender in the lighting area. I’m glad they offered one to me now the wait begins. it may go in place of the ai3 given the price point and the fact it’s a hell of a lot lighter.
I looked at that 600 and considered it but I think it would be too much for a 4x4. I'm considering putting in a 4x8 and getting one. We'll see, this is my first real foray into using LEDs. They do look lovely and I love the ability to pull bars.

Mabey grab one of these while your at it. I bought one earlier this year... has helped immensely when using higher wattage leds, dialing in the par.

The driver they use is the one the manufacturer makes in house. It’s there driver from their sister company in Europe
