Found a few of these guys in my box doing their thing. I mainly grow autos. Right now my box is out in the shop where it's been 95-100 degrees. So I keep the doors open with fans blowing in. I get all kinds of visitors. Some Yellow jackets, knats, and spiders. This guy just naturally found it's way to food.

I always find these in my outdoor veggie garden. They would probably gobble up mites. I always wanted to try lady bugs, but I'm afraid they would get stuck to the buds.

Praying mantis vs Yellow jacket. Now there's a fight!!!

Problem with lady bugs is they just move on from your garden (outdoors) after a couple of days...
They don't stick to your buds, but in an indoor garden, they get sucked up by vents, ac etc...
The company I used was A-1 unique. Get a shit load of lady bugs for cheap.

If I diddn't have any mites wouldn't the lady bugs just fly off?
Anyone ever hold 4-5 ladybugs for about 2minutes then smell your hand afterword? Wouldn't my bud end up tasting a bit fishy?

I had a problem with knats in the beginning of my grow. I found online that if you put a jar with apple cider and dish soap in it they get attracted to it and drown. I also put cinnamon on top of my soil and it dried up the knat larva in the soil. They never came back. Good luck!!!
