PC GROW

I defiantly appreciate the input but I think I'm just getting greedy. I have a 3x3 tent going now I just wanted to down size a lil. I think I might just stick with what I have for now an try to pull more out of the PC. It's like the saying "if it's not broke don't fix it". If I do a 3x3 scrog in the tent an keep the PC going I should be fine. The tent will be my main concern while at the same time make it my goal to try an get it where I can pull at least 1oz from the PC an I'll be happy. This current run in the tent I didn't do a scrog which I'm really regretting. But I only have 2 more weeks to go an I'll be harvesting it. I'll prob do a 2 plant scrog on the next one both being chocolope. I'll try to switch it up on the PC an do a different strain, we'll see tho.

Ah, i just shut off my cfl's for flowering. Just finished my second round of afghani a few days ago impatiently waiting for it to dry and cure lol. im having fun with my first scrogg though What a bitch when tops bush out too close to each other. I wasnt prepared to scrog a super stretchy strain 14" under my 1k's Lol. If they dont burn up the tops will yield for sure. Last time i will ever do a sativa dom in a short high powered cabs.

How far along is your scrog in flower? I can't wait to start mine. I already have 2 monster clones ready for it. They have a shit load of branches already so should be really easy to fill in the screen. There's a total of 196 squares so if I can fill in every square an average about 2g/cola dry I'll have close to a pound an I'll be super fuckin happy. I'll take a couple months off if I can make that goal. I can't wait to start.

The living room cab is 16 days since flipping the lights, stretch has slowed down on day 11, budding has started the same time stretch slowed. Very very minor smell so far, resin production hasnt really kicked off yet but its only been a little over 2 weeks. My other 2 cabs in flower are 4 weeks in but i had to dim my damn lights in the room cabs to 75%. Its been getting hot here and the sun sets before my lights flip off in the morning causing too much heat in my back rooms, i have to adjust my timers to come on sooner because i use lights at night,no way in hell i can pull 85f daylight air to cool 1000watts lol vs my 70f night temps. Time to re-stock the yeast! The scrogg is fun, but holy hell is it getting crowded im running out of ways to pour water down the pots. Ill send you an updated pic when i get home later. Ill show you my topping/fim scrog cluster fuck lol

Ya man forsure I wanna check it out. An why don't u just snip a couple of the smaller branches off to make room for the better looking ones? I'm having the same issue with temps in my tent as well. I have a 4" 165cfm fan attached to my hood but It didn't come with the glass piece. I need one really bad. On warm nights it gets up to ~85 if I don't turn on the AC but the nights have been a lil cooler here lately so temps are back to normal. ~75 during night an day.

because i flowered them a bit early after transplant (scared of height issues and lucky me,any longer veg it would definitely be too close to the 1k). wanted to keep stress to a halt after topping so much,removing bottom growth, FIM'ing and LST'ing. i really hate hate hate to stress flowering young clones. btw 30 mins my cabs turn on. ill snap a scrogg shot and that one clusterfuck area.

Yea true good point. I'll be heading to bed soon so if I don't see it I'll check it out when I wake up. I'll post a couple pics of my girls in the tent. Some of the main colas are getting huge.

. using hid in the tent? looking good! just snapped these pics with my head 3" away from the HPS hood. i think i got sunburned lol. 16 days since flipping the lights. idk why my friend couldn't keep these girls happy outside? i bought all 15 of them from him when they looked really hash from bugs and being root bound too long. funny how some leaves grow out on dj short crosses.

Damn man no shit u do have a cluster fuck of branches all fighting each other. Besides the crowdedness looks good man. U should have a really nice size harvest. An yea I have a 400w hps in my tent.

im thinking 2.3lbs+ but im hoping for 2.5+. 2.3lbs is from the same girls (5 of them) under the same brand bulb about 22" above tops only LST.
this time, less girls in a scrogg setup in bigger containers closer to the lights, hopefully i can up my yield, if it does go up i will be super happy! the girls will probably be my last harvest for a while though lol. im a little tired going non stop for 3 1/2 years and i will have enough to last me for a year minimum amusing i smoke and dab like a chimney. just started my outdoor fruits and veggie garden also, planted a crap load of red peppers ect next to my intakes! hahaha, so many bugs up here.

btw iv always wanted to try a chocolope grow! i keep scrolling back up to look at it. damn that cola is FAT and i dont think it even swelled yet . if you are looking for more strains to find, grapefruit kush is a good one! just tried it for the first time and man, what a happy mellow easy going stone. you really feel the effects of the kush but it doesnt make you want to sit down like OG Kush does, also tasty. She was a short plant! Looked great for pc scrogg*hint hint* lol a friend of mine harvested this in january, he hooked me up and im really enjoying it.

Had to come back and edit haha * another bowl and it does give a heavy kush high lol.

Hell yeah those buds look real tasty. I'm dieing to try mine. I'll defiantly keep that grapefruit in mind. And yea man that top cola is just about as long as my arm an your right she hasn't started to swell yet. The PC didn't start to swell till about week8 an tomorrow will be week7 so I have a few weeks to go. They should get HUGE by harvest time I can't wait. I'm so fuckin excited to do a scrog with her. Im really hopin to get atleast a pound or close to it. I know the PC was small but it gave me an idea of what to do when doing a scrog except I won't be tying the stem downs I'll be tucking an weaving them.

U definitely gotta let me know how much u end up getting off urs. I know u said your cab was like 5x5x6 I think but exactly how big is your screen?

Its actually 5x6x5 and the other 3 are 5x6x8. The screen is 5x3 1/2 lol the door closes right on it. But yes i will definetly keep you updated. But i hate making grow journal's lol

WEEK1 OF VEG

Round 2 is up an running. Same specs as the first one except I'm using 1-2700k an 3-6500k bulbs for veg then I'll switch to all 2700k for flowering. I found a longer but shorter pot for it and was able to flatten an lower the screen. I now have 6in from screen to the bulbs so I'm really happy about that. Starting some LST on her today, I hope this one goes as good as the last one.

I also jarred the chocolope I harvested today. Stems cracked in half perfect so on the right track. About another week or so left of curing an ill finally be able to try her out.

Been awhile but figures I'd post a smoke report. Bud is kinda airy but was expected with the cfl's. It's some damn good smoke. I can defiantly tell it's a sativa dominate strain. I get an energetic high that makes me want to do stuff around the house which is nice. So all in all I'm impressed with the harvest. The new clone is taking off real nice. I got about 4 branches coming off her so far an growing fast. Will have pics up soon.

Thanks for the update. Def show some of that clone. Not many replies from me... but im watching!

Lol, a few more weeks and it will be more enjoyable and forgiving. If i smoke too much before curing all the way it hits me wayyy to hard in the head! Its like a retarded energy rush
