so im down to 2 cups.i started 3 more seeds yesterday also.3 g.daddy purpx sativa seeds& took alota clones from my chernobyls. Il get pics of the 2 blk. Dominas i have left today or tomorrow.

Can I break in for a newb question? I have noticed that most every body has the soil 1 or more inches from the top of the cup and I was wondering why???? I fill my cup up and pack it a little then put my seed in 1/4" in, am I missing something??? Ok that was my newb moment thanks.

I was wondering the same. I fill my cup and pots to the top minus 1/4" maybe, after I watered it. My seeds go 1/2" deep minimum. I dont like long stems, or seed shells.

Ok. Heres my smart cup lol It has twelve 3/4" holes in the sides, some smaller holes in the bottom. Its lined with mesh, and filled with promix.
Just planted today. So Ill post back when Its about a week out.
Looks dope, I actual have a smart pot i bulit myself that is the size of the party cup, but I didnt know if it would be valid for the contest...

it should be...long as the roots are contained in the cup...which they will be if air pruning

i germ'd in 2x2& transplanted to a p.cup-i left mine down alil' so as it grew i buried the round leaves.now cup is 7/8 full.

My critical + has the gangsta lean haha, can't seem to keep it up, and I think the heat in my veg box is too high and too humid

Yonig, i got a clone like that and in two weeks you wouldnt even know that was the plant. She is already showing recovery and soon I am sure you will get her feeling happy and back on track. Keep it up!
I am noticing a lot of pics and things are looking good....I might have to come hardcore and edit a video of my Party Cup Grow....I been messing with my video camera and having lots of fun with it. I will post my update with a vid coming soon!!! LOL I am stoned!

Hey guys. I need to post some updates also. I've been fighting with my grow rooms the past few days. My 1000 watt light system came in with a defective bulb so I had to do a Chinese fire drill and retro fit my veg tent for flower. Been a pain because typically my veg tent always had a bit higher humidity than my flower room, so I've been battling to keep it under 50% moisture etc. Just being a pain, I live alone and work 10 hours a day so I've been stressing over the daily high and lows all day while I'm away (highest got up to 86 degrees and low was 74) I have 8 plants in flower right now and one is only around 5 weeks from harvest, pissing me off that I have to stress her out like this. Hope she ends up alright! I've got a 1000 watt bulb supposed to be here Friday and meanwhile I have my veg plants in a make shift CFL setup that they are far to big for!

Pray for me that it was just the bulb and my ballast doesn't turn out faulty
Anyway, that's a day in the life of Mudslide =P

Damn Mud I am sure you will pull through just fine especially when that 1000 watt bulb comes in. Definately get the CFLs running for Veggy Babies! Hang in there we all have our days with our grows. looks like my clone isnt going to make it. i dont really care cuz it was from a plant that went herm anyways. garbage genetics.

My party cups are doing well, still no sign of sex yet. I keep forgetting that I have to water em every day, they are under 1000 watts (way under) and the temp peaks to around 88 before lights out and the dehumidifiers kick on. I tell ya what they are some thirsty little bastards in those little cups. I'm going to start them on 1/4 strength 10-30-20 nutes very soon =)
