PA. misdemeanor

i was wondering if i come up hot on my piss test what would most likly happen?
it would be the first time a fail and it's a misdemeanor in the state of Pa. when i had a car accident they found my bowl in my pocket... that was amazing in it's self seeing as it was in the cup holder before hand but i'm just wondering what i could expect. i'm a probation for 18 months for a misdemeanor nothing was in the bowl... the just found the bowl.

Depending on ur po I'd likely say its just gonna be a slap on the wrist MAYBE a few discretionary days but if they wanted to they could call u an addict violate u and throw in some drug classes after u get out. It really depends tho.

i got busted in CT for poss. but live in PA, so laws probably dont apply the same but I had to go thru a BS drug/alcohol program (12 classes in PA) and then had it taken off my record...actually just finished all the bullshit last week

well everyone says that my PO is cool the people i know that had him.... but they also said they never had to get piss tests... the lady at the D&A eval. loved me made her laugh she shook my hand and all. they put me on the fent patch 50mgs and viks but it's "bad for me to smoke"..............

oh yeah i didn't have to take the classes BTW
