Outdoors In The Northeast

The Ladies went outside yesterday. I'm dealing with a PH problem at the moment, but the girls are looking better and loving that "Sunshine". The 45 gallon Smart Pots along with the soil mix were prepared about 3 weeks ago to give things a little time to start working. "JackHerer" is on the left, "Super Critical" is in the center, and "AMS" is on the right, all at about 5 weeks old. Best of luck to all of you who dare to take on "Mother Nature" in the Northeast !! :leaf: The best is yet to come !! :weed:

They look great XP, how big was the fcj when you topped her?

There was a frost here last night so i covered the 3 plants in the ground with buckets. Looks like they survived. The rest are enjoying the mini greenhouse.

Nice strains Burner! I'm in NS.
I ordered my seeds from Single Seeds Canada. "The Church" was out of stock for a few days, and when they got it back in, they sold out before I could choose a couple more seeds. She must be popular around here.
My FCJ is a couple days old, and should be a decent size plant come June. My other seeds should be here buy the 30th, so they should have a decent start before heading outside too.
Sounds like great choices - fellow Canuck here in NB. Grew clones for a couple of years but never knew what I was getting so I ordered seeds from Hemp Depot 'cause he was Canadian and they didn't have to go through Customs coming to me. I am trying Think Different Auto, White Domina and Blue Mataro both feminized. I have also started Swazi Gold that I got as a freebie and a couple of bag seed we got from St.Lucia that was killer smoke - hopefully one of them turns out to be a girl! Good luck!

Oh yes! Mother Nature has to get that last dig in. lol
She was just pushing out the 7th node, and I topped her at the 5th. I got the Indica phenotype... short, and bushy.
I'll top her again, and take a couple clones in the next day or so. I'll grow one out, and give the other to a friend.

I don't bother with local clones either. There's much better selection when you order seeds. lol
You got some nice strains, I hope they do well for you.
Stop in and post some pics as they grow :)

Looking good jimmer!
I never thought about growing autos, so I'm very interested to see how they make out.
There's a few of us that have something from Samsara's. They have have some nice strains.

I'm not very consistent in what I use. Go to a shop and see whats best on sale. For outside I use compost teas a lot durring veg. This is cheap and easy. Just fill a 30 gallon can with water and put a bag of compost or your own and stir it regularly. Then this is what I water my girls with till they start to flower. I'll let somebody else chime in for bloom nutes. As far as my auto's I amended my soil to last most of the time with out any extra or just a kick.

The only way to answer that is to play around and have fun yourself. It's part of the fun seeing different results. Me myself would top my photo's at least once.
