Hey guys, if I were to throw a white widow baby I got outdoors and it is 2 weeks old. We won't be seeing 14 hrs of sunlight until May 18th which is about 2 months from now. The question is if I were to threw her outdoors coming from a 18/6 light cycle would I be able to have a early harvest 2 months from now you think?

You can try veggin it on 18/6 or 16/8 till end of May then throw it outside in a 30 gal, fill 30% with supersoil and watch it blow UP!

yeah it wont do anything but reveg itself so just stick it inside under a few light and wait by that time it will be a beast and ready to branch out more in the outdoors

In theory, it could be possible. But it would really depend on the weather conditions, the age of your plant and the amount of time it takes to become sexually mature. All plants are different, sexually mature means mature enough to begin to reproduce or begin the flower phase, I have had plants begin to flower as early as month old, while others can take a little longer. What is your weather conditions like? If you are getting fair, warm weather without any frost issues, you could begin to start bringing your plant outside, but it will take some time due to a process called hardening off. That simply is slowly bringing out the plant a little longer each day, getting it used to the outdoors, if you did not do this, it would most likely go into shock and growth would stop.

So it would take some time for your plant before it would go into flower, a minimum of a couple weeks, during this time you could potentially begin to harden the plant off outdoors. But like I said, all plants are different, its hard to guess when it would re veg. If you could get the plant into flower before April outdoors, there's a good chance you could haul decent smokeable bud from the plant, you can harvest as early as 6-7 weeks flowering and still be a good smoke. But my advice, is its not worth it, Your yeild will be incredibly small, i guesstimate a quarter bag, almost making the grow not even worth it. In my experience re-vegged plants lose their vigorous growth and are much smaller plants creating a smaller yeild. Veg that seedling you have indoors for at least a couple months, and train the crap out of it, so it is a solid bush when it is time to bring outside. Making sure not to bring it outside to early due to risk of going into flower. You could really achieve a monster outdoor plant by vegging indoors this early, If you properly amend the soil in a giant hole and water every day with lots of love, there's no reason you could not pull a pound plant this fall. Hope that helps, happy growing:leaf:

First off, thanks for all the feedback guys I appreciate it! But I have like 10 plants going already in my growbox with flourscent 64w tubings and I'm only going to be growing 6 so I'm not really breaking the law and all the left overs are kinda just experiments that I want too. I live in southern California desert area and ima go ahead and try and see if I can get some early buds for the summer :)

If you got extra go for it. I put one out side today and could still get a freeze. Makes it thru and it should be a giant, No guts no glory :)

I'll probably ahead and throw her outside tomorrow cause I just did a transplant into a smart pot Friday, and I don't wanna stress her out too much.

You think if seedlings go out around April in cen Cali, they would still be veggin around May and June. It still would not be mature enough to produce flowers and reveg?

No, You will get no bud, and your more than likely have to do a pruning to get it to its potential growth again. I had some clones trying to flower on me under i foot tall outdoor, I had to prune severely to get them to stay in veg and pull more than a pound.

Guts doesnt have anything to do with it. If you put them out now they will flower. In a month or so they will start revegging. Its just what is going to happen.

Depends on the strain. I put some blueberry gum outside last year around this time and they started flowering. I would say by the beginning of april they started revegging. They went to shit! My experience!!! Try it if you want with one or 2 plants but keep others inside. Then you will have first hand experience. Good luck my bredda.
