Nothing specific to cannabis, but there are lots of good videos on general gardening and pest control. I like the Square Foot Gardening videos by Mel. There is also Garden Girl TV, she's pretty good. I can tell you that raised bed gardens are going to be the easiest. Traditional gardening requires tilling and amending the soil. You can also learn a lot from people who grow Corn and Tobacco plants. Both are high feeders and get the same kind of pests that cannabis gets (e.g. aphids, mites, budworms, etc).
Basically if you can grow fruits and veggies, you can grow cannabis. Cannabis is by far one of the easiest plants I've ever learned to grow. Only problem is they grow so big and can take up a lot of space. Feeding and pest control wise they are pretty darn easy.
