Orderling seeds online - I am a Washington patient - Am I okay?

Hi everyone -

I am interested in ordering some seeds from a Europe supplier. They ship to the United States registered mail. Even though I have a permit to purchase, grow, and medicate here in Washington, I am specitcal to order online. Has anyone else had any experience or tips regarding this?

I have made many many purchases from attitude., also if you are in the seattle area there are plenty of clubs around that have seeds.
 
TGA kicks ass be glad you can buy'em locally unlike some of us poor bastards ;) I don't know if it's legal to get seeds by mail in WA, but I have not heard of anyone in years ordering seeds and getting busted -- if anything they get a notice from customs saying their seeds have been confiscated and not to do it again because it's illegal. I always order from hempdepot.ca from online and have never had any problems. They ship out of canada just across the border i've never even had a package inspected by customs from them.
 
Thanks for all the replies everyone. I realize places sell seeds in WA but I am particularity interested in certain strains offered from ACE seeds. Thanks again for the tips.
 
Been doing a lot of research into the business- and legal aspects in WA lately; as far as I can tell the letter-of-the-law answer is "no, it's not ok" and the reality-based answer is "meh, probably fine." Mail is overseen by USPS (United States Postal Service) - making it a federal entity, and federal law still considers marijuana an illegal narcotic. However, in practice, I've (er... I mean "I know someone who has") placed several orders from LSC and Attitude and received them all - including one order that had to be picked up from the post office directly.
